The MoffARTS Prize 2009 to be awarded to five young artists studying plastic arts The goal of the Moffarts Foundation in granting this Award is to encourage young artists to undertake or to follow a third-level art education (or a Master’s Degree), either in Belgium or abroad (France, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, the Netherlands and German), in plastic arts. This Award is organised every two years and will presented for the first time in 2009. It covers the following five disciplines exclusively:
